“I Love My Dog A Lot More, Than My Mixed Up Fam”
I love my dog a lot more, than my mixed up fam/
The type to hate light, but get a mixed race tan
I got cummed up my mother, by a mixed up man/
And got birthed on this earth, by a mixed up flange
It's like fix up fam, so I did and bred light/
And now I've got a p*ssed off fam, kinda p*ssed what I write
Give a shite never have, I've no dad nor no mum/
With a Narc for a father, and a mum who's a drunk
In the Cunch I was raised, I'm In love with the Sticks/
Learnt my craft whilst in Totty, gotta lot of love for the Brix
I've got a slit on my face, cause in prison I got cut/
And yeah black was his face, but I don't hate like a mug
I put my faith in above, as on this earth it is rare/
Since 81 when I birthed, there was nobody to care
Made unfair was the war, when they got the law involved/
Yet I bet they don't dare, to come swallow my soul.

“Friend In You”
When I was alone you were there, when I was low you showed you cared/
Whether on the phone or in person, you helped a lost person to reappear
You seem to lessen every fear, and seemed so near, when I was far/
And now I'm here, I'm so sincere when I say you're a big part of my heart
From the start you were a star, that shined so bright in my blackened sky/
And made me happy when I wasn't, and when I was you made me smile
You loved the style in which I rapped, a couple years before the ban/
So I always love to get some feedback, from my number one fan
I found a friend in you and I'm thankful, for the friendship that we have/
That's why I'm penning you this poem, to give you some of this love back
Remember that rap I rapped & recorded for you, back in December, 07/
I was so nervous to play it to ya, but you loved it when you listened
We went from pictures & messages, to lyrics, phone calls & (censored)/
And that itself got its own poem, though the title I won't mention
You're such a beautiful person, a woman whom I have nothing but love/
So I'm sending you this dedication, to thank you for all of the above.

“Tia”
Every day when I wake, there's always this one girl I wanna see/
When I log back into Facebook, she's who I look for on my feed
Just like me she is a poet, one who is really good at what she does/
And the other day she wrote me a poem, so here I am showing love
I know I'm lucky to have met her, and to have her as a friend/
Cause what we share can't be compared, and I know it'll never end
From the poetry which she pens, to the endless convo's that we have/
Her words have the 'power' to mend, and put an end to what was sad
The kind of woman if you were to marry, you'd be one happy man/
But I'm just happy that she told me, she's my number one fan
Of all the lands I have travelled, whether in life or in my mind/
Never once did I ever imagine, a friendship like this I would find
So with every line that I write for her, I just want her to know/
How much love I hold inside, for both this woman and her flow.

“Tribute For Kerri’s Nan”
A verse which I wrote for a very good friend, who's Nan recently passed away. This was read at her funeral earlier this year.
Nan, It was you, who taught me that I had to be strong/
And you I could speak to, when something was wrong
It was you I would run to, when the days were long/
And now I'm so lost inside, because my best friend is gone
I miss the friendship we had, and the strong unit we were/
Always there and forgiving, you were my saviour on earth
So it hurts that you are not here, when I miss you so bad/
You were an amazing person, like both my mum & my dad
A fag and brew every morning, I so miss hearing you laugh/
Your tapestry and the knitting, all the jumpers and scarfs
It's gonna be hard without you, but in my heart you will stay/
Along with the stories you told me, & the smile on your face
Now every time I see a carnation, I think of all we used to do/
Because you were my friend & inspiration, I'm so gonna miss you....
I love you Nan!
